How Ordering Works

Every Ironex Garden piece is handcrafted to order in our workshop in Romania.

Why delivery is calculated individually

Due to the size and shape of our products, delivery costs must be calculated individually for each order. We work with trusted carriers to find the most suitable transport option based on your order and delivery address.

How it works

    Place your order

    Submit your order through our website. No payment is required at this stage.

  2. 2
    Receive your invoice

    Within 24 hours, we will email you the exact delivery cost and your invoice, including the full order total.

  3. 3
    Approve your order

    Once you have reviewed and approved the total, you can proceed with payment. No payment is required until you agree to the final amount.

  4. 4
    Production and delivery

    As each piece is handcrafted to order, production typically takes 3–5 weeks, depending on the products and finishes selected. Once your order is ready for dispatch, our carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.

Changed your mind?

If you decide not to proceed after receiving your invoice, simply reply to our email and we will cancel your order. You will not be charged.
