The longest straight bench in our Arras range: 180 cm of seating for four, ideal along garden paths, on large terraces, in parks or at hotel entrances.
It is a faithful reproduction of the benches made in Arras, northern France, in the 19th century, with the characteristic hoof feet. Each bench is hand-forged and assembled with manual riveting, the same techniques used for the 19th-century Arras pieces. Shorter versions: 3-Seater and 2-Seater.
Long benches like this one were made by the Arras ironworks for public parks, promenades and the grounds of country houses, where they had to withstand constant use. Our version keeps the same riveted construction.

Colour & finish
Painted to order in any RAL Classic colour, included in the price. For pieces that stay outdoors all year, choose hot-dip galvanisation: the iron is dipped in molten zinc, which gives long-term protection against rust.
Handmade to order
Every piece is forged, riveted and finished by hand in our family workshop, where three generations of blacksmiths have worked since the 1950s. Bespoke sizes, larger quantities for hotels, restaurants and event venues, and trade pricing are available. Contact us for a quote.

Galvanisation
Galvanisation
Hot-dip galvanisation involves immersing each metal piece in molten zinc before painting, providing extra protection against rust and corrosion. This option is recommended only if the furniture will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
Galvanisation does not affect the final appearance, as the zinc coating is applied underneath the paint. Both galvanised and non-galvanised pieces have the same final look.
